    - Entering recurring events into WM6 PDA I enter recurring events such as birthdays into my HP iPaq 112 PDA. For some reason when I enter the start date any date before 2001 when I save it and check the event it tells me that it's started at 2001, say 20/10/2001 when it should be say, 20/10/1980. I have to put an end date, which say for my daughter's birthday, is a tad disconcerting. So I put in a date 100 years from now. Anyone else had this problem. I'm running Windows Mobile 6 Classic.     - Sound from PC to Pocket PC Hi All. I have researched this topic to death, and on a few times came pretty close to success. What I would like to accomplish is get my PC's sounds to my Tilt. I do not mean my music and movies, I can do that just fine with Orb. What I would like is something that brings all sounds on my PC to my Tilt. I tried Windows Media Encoder and got it to work, to my laptop and other computers, but I can not pick up the stream with my Tilt, not in the WMP I get a bad parameter error. I tried at least 4 other audio streaming programs to pick up that stream from my Windows Media Encoder, no luck. I also have www.logmein.com pro which works just great, but thier product does not send sound. So, I have decided to ask the community here if anyone has successfully brought "What you hear" sounds from your home computer to your Pocket PC. (I have a mac at home too maybe that has a solution,) seems like it should be kind of easy, but for me it is not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.     - WiFi Connections Hi All, Sorry for another post! But i find sometimes when i switch on the PPC wifi that it only shows a few connections available. I also try another program called PeekPocket which seems to suggest there are other wifi sites around available ( which the windows wifi doesnt pickup ) The only thing is, say when peekpocket finds a wifi site, i dont think there is a "connect to" option for it!     - ActiveSync Botching Outlook Read/Unread Status I'm running WM6, syncing via ActiveSync 4.5.0 to Outlook 2003. I have it setup to sync my Outlook mail (directly, not via an Exchange server, since I'm only using Outlook for POP/SMTP). If I mark a message in the inbox as "read" on the PDA, then sync, the message is correctly marked as "read" within Outlook. If I move a message from the inbox to another folder on the PDA, then sync, the message is correctly moved to the target folder within Outlook. HOWEVER - if I read a message in the inbox on the PDA, then move it to a folder (either from within the message itself, or from the message list), then sync, the message is moved to the target folder but it is NOT marked as read in Outlook. So, I wind up with unread messages all over my folder tree. Any idea how this can be fixed?     - Windows Mobile 6.0: Text Messages: save/foward/move/print PROBLEM. RE:Windows Mobile 6.0 I have a text message dialogue in my "Messaging" program that I need to move off the phone and save/print and I don't see any options for that! I must be missing it. I'm feeling like a numb-skull here. I'm sorry for the mundane, but I don't want to leave anything out. First: I go to programs and select "Messaging." Second: My inbox is selected and there is only one text message in it, which is highlighted by default. My options are "New" and "Menu." So I select Menu and the only options I have available to me are: "Delete, Reply, New MMS, Call Sender, Sort, Purge, Options" The "Forward..." and "Copy to Saved" options are both dimmed and cannot be selected. Why is that? Did I do something to cause that? Third: I open the actual message by clicking on it and my options are: "Send' and "Menu." The menu gives me the following options: "Add Media, My Text, Emoticons, Message Options, Call Sender." The remaining options, including Forward and Copy to saved are dimmed and cannot be selected! How frustrating! I just want to print the dialogue and save it! Any ideas as to why I can't do that? I know...I know....PEBKAC: Except now we must consider that there is no keyboard and the chair is optional. Is there a temporary work-around? For some reason when I open SMS messages on my PPC Pro (running in a HTC TYTN2), the window has started to open at the bottom of the message which leaves the content of the actual message off screen. I am using a Windows Mobile 6 smartphone with Adobe Reader LE.

I am reading a pdf document... however, each line it has about 25
words.... when i am reading that pdf document... i have to scroll
right, then scroll left in order to finish the whole line.

Any solution?

Can i wrap the text inside the pdf, so that I can read (e.g. a single

Not really- Adobe LE is very limited compared to the Adobe Reader 2.0 for
PPC, but the latter doesn't run on all devices. Reader 2.0 has support for
"tagged" documents- they are converted by the PC when synched to the device
so that 2.0 can wrap the text. LE is pretty close to worthless for trying
to read a document, but better than nothing.
