Nup. No such thing.
Not as a "point-it-and-click:gotcha" sort of thingie

But you can get bearing and range with a bit of effort

First up you get the direction by using a direction finder to locate a
source. Looks like a miniature satellite dish or multi-element antenna,
attached to a receiver tuned to the transmitting frequency.

Go find an amateur radio group to tell you more about them.

(Yep - they really exist. Used by the GPO (in Australia, anyway) in
their heyday to find radios in houses, and then raid the house to see if
the owner had a radio licence. That's a long, llloooonnnggg time ago)

Then you go somewhere else and get another direction to that source.

Then you use triangulation to work out where the hell the source is

Piece of cake!!

If your detector is fancy enough, your bearings get more accurate (goes
with the amount of money you're prepared to part with), and the fewer
houses you have, as a possible source.

You could try WiFiFoFum which has a radar type view you can look at.
I think its for illustration purposes though and doesn't really give
you a true picture of where the hotspots actually are.

Take a look here for more info:

And here are some screenies of the radar.
