Hello

I have an HTC Touch and when I play my albums, for some reason it seems to
play them in alphabetical order, instead of the original order, to ensure
this, I even copied the tracks, so the filenames would be in the original
order - but for some reason it uses the track name to sort the order of
play - has anyone else noticed this, or do I need to adjust some setting?

Kind regards

Ricky

Absolutely I have noticed that. Makes that software a useless piece of
sh*t whose developers never ever listened to music on a portable
device.

WMP does not interfer with other programs I use at the same time so I have
found no reason to quit using WMP. I wish I could say that about other
Microsoft products though.

BTW here is a neat site that makes use of WMP.

Not that much when playing back audio.

Nevertheless, it has quite high CPU usage and a lot of other disadvantages.
You may want to check out my multimedia-related roundups for a more thorough
elaboration on alternative, WAY better players like Coreplayer, TCPMP or
even iPlay.

Do you have any recomendations for a player that does streaming mp3s? If
you want to see if a player can play steaming mp3s there are a links to
steaming mp3s at:
http://www.thestreamcenter.com/pda/?state=PA

Thanks
