I am trying to configure syncing of email in folders other than the Inbox.
When I am in the Messaging application, and click Menu - Tools, the Manage
Folders icon is disabled. How can I enable the option?

Thanks for your help.

I should have mentioned that I am running ActiveSync and synchronizing to my
Exchange mailbox.

The device user has been synchronizing with the Exchange Server for some
time. Emails are populating his Inbox, and he can click on the Inbox drop
down list and view all of his folders, but they are all empty. It's just
when he tries to manage his folders that the Manage Folders option is greyed
out (so is his empty deleted items option).

Thanks for your help.

Thanks, Ed. The user of the device is out until morning. I'll let you know
what happens.
