I bought a new battery that does not want to charge. I tried it on 3 different
PPC's that properly charge their own batteries. However when I put the new
battery in, it does not charge and just runs the PPC down.

Any ideas on how to charge it?

TIA

Did you try charging with a wall charger, or via USB onlu?

Try "softresetting" the iPaq with the new battery mounted.

Thanks for the reply.

I tried both ways.

The charging light does not even flash on and off and eventually it is as if
there was a hard reset. It will not come on even though the power is plugged
in.
