I'm looking for an IMAP Email client that supports multiple accounts and
multiple identities.

My Pocket PC runs Windows Mobile 2003 SE.

The standard e-mail client already supports IMAP with multiple accounts.
There are other e-mail clients as well: see

overview.

What exactly do you mean? Switching the sender name / address for a given
mailbox in real time, upon sending a message? Or, just creating more than
one IMAP account?
