I had the older HTC 8125 and 8525, and they let you dial voice mail by
touching the voice mail icon (looks like a video tape). The only one touch
option on this HTC is the word *voice mail* that appears temporarily at the
bottom of the screen when the *notification* appears on the screen. I
couldn't find any menu or Today screen setup to emulate that, either. i use
Voice Speed Dial, so that is nearly as convenient; you could use regular
Speed Dial if you don't use Voice Speed Dial.
