You can better install a 3rd party software like SPB time that has
a better alarm function and alarm sounds that do repeat!!!
Greetz.

I have used 3rd part programs for this but before those options came
out I used sound recorder in Windows to loop my alarm sounds into a
longer and louder file.

What I did was transfer my favorite alarm sound to my Windows desktop
then go to Start > Programs > Accessories > Entertainment and open
Sound Recorder. Then I opened the alarm sound, copied it using Edit >
Copy, inserted it into the mix 5 times using Edit Mix with file, and
increased the volume using Effects > Increase volume. Then I renamed
it using File > Save as and copied it back to my Pocket PC. After that
I had a much louder and longer alarm sound that would wake me up on
the first very long ring.
