Dear all:
We want to replace SMDK2410's usb Full-speed device controller with
Hi-Speed controller. Is it feasible ?

The cpu is Arm-based. If I want to change the usb conrtoller, what jobs
do I need to do? (...Sorry..I am a software engineer...)
Like
Step1....
Step2....
etc.

What type of controller is suitable and would you mind give me some
company product name ? Thx first.

Based on what you've provided about yourself and your situation. I'd say
hire a design company that can do it for you. You'll save time and money.
There are not many choices fro supporting HIGH speed USB2.0 without a PCI
bus so you may need to look at the cost of implementing PCI + a PCI chip
versus the cost of a non-PCI chip and associated software drivers.
