memory monitoring with ce5 or ce6

hi?
I need to check a value of some memory address.
But I tried it by doing view--> debug window --> memory, I couldn't see
anything at all. All memory is shown as '?' mark.
It is same with ce5 and ce6.
what shall I do for checking some memory address' value?

This usually happens when the addresses that you input are not
currently mapped. Are you using physical addresses? Windows CE works
with the MMU enabled and so you can't access memory locations using
their physical addresses.
