What component is it that I need to include in my OS image for a
Windows CE 5 image to suuport the ability for a user to simply double
click on a CAB file on the device and have it installed?

Hi,

Have you added the "CAB File Installer/Uninstaller" catalog item to your
OSDesign? : )

Here is the description of CAB File Installer/Uninstaller.

It couldn't be that easy, could it? I thought for sure I had searched
the catalog and didn't find anything, but there it is.

Thanks.

Any idea where that list of features based on the $3 or $16 word
document is? I have seen it, but can't find it at the moment. I need
to make sure the CAB stuff is part of the $3 license.

Hi,

Here is the Windows CE licensing model and the assessment tool.
I think they could help you to determine which run-time license applies to
your run-time image.

I hope it's helpful :)
