htmlview.dll is not generated???????????

After I install the MS WinCE4.2 QFE, the htmlview.dll can't be generated,
in ($_releasdirectory\WNCE420\($_releasedir)|cesysgen\oak\files\ceconfig.h

There is no

#define WCESHELLFE_MODULES_HTMLVIEW 1
#define WCESHELLFE_MODULES_WEBVIEW 1

Where is this defines from? I checked the public\Winceshellfe\ and
common\oak\misc\sysgen*.bat
I don't see any thing strange.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Charles,

I'm not sure exactly what your issue is, but HTMLVIEW and WEBVIEW are
usually pulled into a WinCE 4.2 build by Help (SYSGEN_HELP=1). Do you have
Help included in your OS design?

If that's not the problem I have two requests:
1) If you're getting a build error, can you post the last part of your
build.log so we can see what might be going wrong? (%_WINCEROOT%\build.log)
2) What QFEs did you install?
