You don't say which of the subdirectories of MSFlashFMD you are using, but
for stratad:
1. Run Sysgen_Capture stratad
2. Replace the sources file with the sources.stratad
3. Copy the contents of stratad.reg to your platform.reg and modify as
appropriate
4. Add stratad.dll to your platform.bib file
