I don't know what would cause this particular error, but there are some
fairly common mistakes...
- You must at least install as adminstrator. I don't know if you need to
run as admin or not.
- Pick the standard installation paths, e.g. \WINCE500. The build tools
don't like spaces.
- You only installed the emulator, if you're building images you may also
need to install x86 support. I'm not sure about that one, it might not be
necessary or it might come along with emulator.
