I am new for wince. And now I try to set up the deveploment environment.I
use a pc as my development working station and the other cepc for debug. I
use Rtlk8139 to connect the two computers, but they cannot find each other.
And I cannot configure the ip address of the cepc. At the same time, I tried
serial connection and parrel connection as well, but I still cannot download
image successfully. I wonder what's the matter. Can you help me?

You should use the boot disk provided in PB directory (smthg like

Do you mean use floppy disk? If I haven't floppy disk driver on CEPC,how can
I boot the CEPC?

You can't. Install a floppy drive. The floppy will allow you to boot the
CEPC into a DOS shell that prepares the CEPC to receive an OS image.
Without this there is no way to get the OS image onto the CEPC.

Even if you want to transfer the OS image to a hard drive and have the CEPC
boot from the hard drive, you still need a floppy drive to start the
process.

And now I have installed a floppy drive and make a floppy boot disk
according to the tutorial. But I still cannot download the os image. I
wonder if there are something wrong with my os image. And what ever I select
the download mode, the error messagebox, saying "Error creating your
download service, please check the download transport is installed", would
pop us when it is to download. I wonder if I have missed installing
something. And I am not clear with the usage of transport. Can you help me?
