The romimage.exe will treat nk.exe as a kernel and will try to use it as an
entry point of theImage.
For more details, you could install the shared source of PB 5.0 and dig into
$(_WINCEROOT)\PRIVATE\WINCEOS\COREOS\NK\TOOLS\ROMIMAGE\ROMIMAGE folder
