could anyone tell me , if i need to incorporate BinFs
file system, do i need to have eboot modified.

if yes, how can i download, different(kernel,application
etc images) images...
i m using xscale 250 plus .net4.2

Yes, you do. The bootloader modifications are by far the most complicated
part of using the BinFS file system. See the SMDK platform for an example
of the things that are required.

Yes, the bootloader needs to be modified. If the bootloader uses the
blcommon library (and the MS DPBXA250 and SMDK2410 BSPs do) then a little
bit of the work is done for you. If you look at the SMDK2410, you'll get a
pretty good idea of what needs to be done. In general, the loader needs to
be changed to download multiple different .bin files, format/prepare flash
for BINFS, write out each .bin file to flash, and save information on which
