why my activesync only sync file from pc to device?

In windows mobile 5.0, I use activesync by usb serial. Now, I find a
problem, I only can sync file from PC to Device, but can not sync the
file on device to PC, how can solve this problem? can it be solved by
setting registry?

I think it would be here because it is not the problem of use but
development. Do you think that is not relative to usb driver?

No, you're asking for help with a commercially-available device WM5, no?
And the issue is with ActiveSync 4.x and that WM5 device, right? If so,
seems like the ActiveSync group is the right place. If you are a WM5 device
vendor, remember that you are under NDA and can't discuss the adaptation kit
for Windows Mobile in a public forum like this one. Please clarify what
device this is...
