Not able to use remote tools in EVC++ 4.0 and Active Sync 4.1

I am not able to use remote tools in evc++ 4.0 when i try to connect my
device by remote tools (like remote file viewer) i get error "Platform
manager was unable to connect to the device. Please check up your start
up server and tranport settings and try again.
My PC and device are connected by USB
and my Platform managet settings are

Transport -- microsoft Active Sync
Start up Server - microsoft Active Sync

i dont have any idea about the settings
if any one having any idea please reply

My Device has Wince CE 5.0

My Pc has
Active Sync - 4.1
EVC ++ 4.0 SP4
Windows SP2

Make sure you have some space free in object store.
I think the remote tools copy files to "\windows", and
if it's full you will get this kind of error.

You said, your device is WinCE 50. Right?

eVC4.0++ does not support WIndows Mobile 50 (which is WINCE50 based). To
work on WM50 devices you would need to get VS2005 (min Prof edition).

Thanks Guys.
I am able to use remote tools.But it is very strange i mean i just
disabled my Network card and it started working
I have new problem now i need a utilyty like task manager and command
prompt for windows ce 5.0
Any help will be appreciated.
