I have a workspace named test3 that I have spent a lot of time in and would
like to rename to a proper name including the directory.

Is this possible without a ton of changes?

Yes, it is possible. Change the directory name, then search and replace the
name with the new one in the PBXML file.

That should do it, as long as you haven't hard coded the name someplace
else.

Also, be aware that if your OS project contains any workspace projects, the
pbpostsysgenprojects.bat and pbpostbuildrel.bat files created by PB will
contain hard references to your workspace folder, so you'll need to search
and replace those folder names as well.
