Hi

I am looking forward to make an Web page, where the user is
rediredcted to when he is opening the IP of the CE system in the
Browser. I already configured the VROOTS in the registry, so everybody
is redirected to my page, when entering the IP with the Browser.
We don=B4t want to have different Users in the Webserver config, we only
need the Admin, but we have to set the Password for the Admin.

Is it possible to set the Password in the Registry instead of using
the RemoteAdmin Tool?
Or do I have to make an Website with an form to add the Password, and
how do I have to realize it?

Greetings

I do not believe you can pre-configure a registry with a username/password.
To create an Admin user (or user of any name) and a password for the device
without RemoteAdmin, you can use the CE API NTLMSetUserInfo() getting the
data from your own web form.
