Hi,
I am trying to get the KITL to work through USB RNDIS on an Intel =
Mainstone clone based on PXA270. The boot loader connects to the host =
and downloads the WinCE image fine, but when the image boots and tries =
to connect through KITL it hangs and I am not sure why.

Make sure you are not loading a usb function driver for that port when
doing kitl.

Have you configured the debugger as Kdstub or jsut left it as none??
It should be set as Kdstub.
And fot the IP address, while RNDIS will established another network
connection between your PC and device, make sure the IP address is *not*
using the same subnet with your desktop ethernet.

worked fine.
