Priority of connection used to access Internet

I have an issue that hope to get help from someone here
and I will appreaciate that.

I am using Windows CE 4.2, I just wondering
that if both connection GPRS and WiFi are available at the
same time.
- Windows CE will use which one to access Internet?
- Could we configure the priority of connection? if yes,
how??

I am really hope some one may helping me to verify the
issue above.

A packet's outgoing interface is determined by its destination and the cost
of the destination specified by the entries in the routing table. If a
device has two or more interfaces that connect it to one single network,
packets can be forced to be sent on any particular interface by manipulating
the cost (metric) for the destination in the routing table.
