I don't install this file

Sounds like you didn't install support for your processor when you installed
PB. That would certainly cause build issues.

Ok, I'm lost. Did you download the *x86* versions of the QFE's pointed
to by the links in my previous post? You are targeting a VIA board
right? VIA = x86 so don't download ARM QFE's, download x86 QFE's and
install them in order using the QFEInstaller from my website or just
manually.

If you did that and you still have problems than reinstall PB or just
simply figure out what header files it is missing. It may be you
accidentally changed a sources file or something. Problems like these
are usually not hard to solve, a little bit more action on your side is
required though...
