When using a display device that has no associated driver in CE, the
default vgaflat driver is used. This driver relies on the /L parameter to
loadcepc to set the resolution. In some cases, if the resolution/bit depth
specified in the /L parameter isn't available, the CEPC will start up in
320x240 resolution. This happens because the loadcepc program only knows
about VESA resolutions, and some cards don't support many resolution/bit
depth combinations as VESA modes.
The fix for this is to modify your CEPC boot disk to use a different
resolution/bit depth.

As far as I know, there are no nVidia-specific display drivers for CE.
