Media player shown 0x8007000e error and exception in QUARTZ.dll

When I use media player to play a WMV file,
it show an error as below:
An Unknown error has
occurred.(0x8007000e).

Then I press OK and close media player,
the platform builder will shown an error as below:
First-Chance exception in QUARTZ.dll
(0xC0000005: Access Violation)

Then I press OK,
and the platform jump to Vcelpool.cpp for debug.

The QUARTZ.dll and Vcelpool.cpp are both directX files,
anyone can give me a suggestion?

Need more info...

- What version of CE or Mobile are you using?
- What platform/device are you using?
- Have you applied all the QFEs for the CE version you're using?
- Are you using any 3rd party DirectShow filters/applications, or are you
using 100% Microsoft components out-of-the-box?
- When _exactly_ does this error occur? Immediately when you begin playback
or after a certain period of time? Are you issuing pause/ff/rw or anything
like that when this happens?
- Does this problem happen every time, or just sometimes?
- Does the problem happen with every WMV file you've tried, or just one in
particular?
- Can you play back other file types, like MP3?

Your reminds are very useful,
I use WinCE500 for handheld platform
and the media player can not play any media file at the beginning,
Maybe it is because I removed the "update" folder from "WinCE500"
folder before,
and I also deleted some files before,
so after I reinstall all the QFE,
the problem disappeared.
