Looking for BSP

Hi,
My company is looking for Windows CE 4.2 BSP closest to the following
platform.
- PXA255 Xscale CPU
- LCD module TFT 7"
- Transdimension TD243 USB Host
- Touch screen, AC97 etc

Also, a reliable and experience consultant company that can do the
porting to the actual hardware.
