Hi,

Its taking around 30-40min (10KB)to download 25MB nk.bin
to Karo PXA270 board over Ethernet using Redboot
bootloader which comes pre-installed. Has anyone
using this dev board come across this issue and what
would cause such a slow download speed. I am just
using PB 5.0 attach mechanism from Target menu.
My cable and PC are ok because using same, it takes
around 1min to download same size image to other
boards i have.
LAN chip on Karo is SMSC 91C111.

Thanks

I've got 3 Blucasa XMate2 with PXA270 and SMC91C111 and the download
time is less than a minute for a 12MB image, so the same hardware can
reach higher transfer speed.

Are you sure that the bootloader isn't saving the image in flash
during the download?
Even in this case 30 minutes are a very long time for an image
download and its storage in flash.
