Hi Bruce,
The RA points to the InitLocale function in the coredll. Calculation
procedure is subtract 0x1000 from the RA address and then find the
lower address in the MAP file than the calculated address and then the
culprit points to InitLocale.
Happens after the TimerInit. No really value add if I take the output
in debug or retail versions.
