Platform Builder includes what it includes. I'm not an expert in any
specific localization. Maybe the fonts are there to display a nice Russian
or Greek UI and maybe not. If not, you'll have to find, purchase, and use
your own to achieve what you're trying to achieve. You are the designer of
your device, not Microsoft. You are ultimately responsible for how it looks
and how it works. You can see, by doing a build of the OS localized for
either of those locales, what fonts will be included and there's a list of
fonts in the catalog which you can include, if they aren't included
automatically. Any TTF font viewer will allow you to look inside the font
file and see what characters are present.
Everyone's issues are very critical for them.
