I wanted to run a flash demo (SWF file) on an EZPAD EP8402 running CE
4.10.
I can't find a version of flash that I can install. Unsuccessfully
tried fpc_ppc_en.cab.
Is this going to be possible or should I give it up?

Thanks

No, you can't. You have to license that. Contact BSquare.

There is no easy way to install flash player on a WinCE (and not
Windows Mobile) based machine, AFAIK.

But if you plan to use Flash as your main device UI you may consider
Flash Lite that is a version of Flash player meant to be used (and
ported) to embedded devices and may be licensed to run on your
device.

Adobe unveiled plans to port also AIR on the embedded world and
microsoft released (or announced?) a mobile version of Silverlight,
so the situation is changing quickly in this market.
