Some Intel Strata Flash (for instance, J3 series) has 128bit Protection
Register.
It can be used as a kind of serial number.
Check Intel Strata Data Sheet.
If PXA255 Unique ID means serial number, then NO.
If that means Processor ID, then Yes.
(Use Coprocessor 15 Register 0 - ID Register)
