Debugging Tools

Hi,

Is there any tools or application for debugging the source code(eVC++,VC++ )
for WinCE 4.2/ WinCE 5.0/WinCE 6.0,which will find where is the bugs,Memory
leaks and chance of failing the logic in the source code?

I have already tried Entrek Software Inc tool for debugging,it seems to be
ok but want some more information and experience of others( who had already
used entrek's tools).

Please suggest any good tool .

I think that Entrek is very good and the most-complete tool of this kind
available for 4.2 and 5.0.
