Custom Startup Server

Hi All,

Can anyone point me to where I can find documentation and sample code for
writing a Custom Startup Server for Platform Manager.

I have found IServer, IServerConnection, IServerConnectionEx,
IServerConnectionEx2 and IServerConnectionEx3. but there is nothing
anywhere that talks about how they should be implemented. The only place I
found anything was
