This is a known issue in the Remote Tools configuration dialog.
The workaround is to go to Visual Studio's Tools > Options menu, select
"Device Tools > Device", single-click on your device, and then click on the
[Properties] button. Select the TCP Connect Transport if it's not selected,
then then you can click on the [Configure...] button next to it. Both this
property page and the Remote Tools configuration dialog will set the
configuration in the CoreCon datastore - which is shared across all CoreCon
client apps on your system.
