how can I copy my outlook onto a new computer? I know where the .pst files
reside and I'm able to transfer that but my email accounts did not transfer.
All the past emails show up fine but actual email accounts are blank on the
new computer. Is this data stored somewhere else?

In current versions of Outlook on current OS, these settings cannot be
transferred reliably. Recreate the accounts.

In the registry.
Depending on version of Office, or Win, you may have available 'save my
settings' or Vista Easy Transfer - though I've read of peoples having
problems with the latter

WET does not work with Outlook. Do not attempt to use it.
