Note that this is an end-user to end-user newsgroup. All people who are
replying here are not being employed by Microsoft and do this in their own
free time. That said; I do take holidays like I did last week.
You should better rephrase "simple questions get lots of replies" to "more
clearly stated questions get lots of replies"
Reread your own initial post like you were to read the post as someone who
tries to help you troubleshoot it. Does it make perfect sense to you? Note
that we cannot look over your shoulder and we don't know all the
configuration details of your computer and we cannot dig around on it trying
to find out your issue. If you have a hard time describing it, taking
screenshots and posting them on a website might help.
If you want direct and dedicated support to troubleshoot your issue, you
should contact your local Microsoft Support office.
