When I installed Outlook, my .pst file was, by default, placed on my Windows
drive. I actually would like to have it on a second partition instead. When I
copy it over to the new partition, and then change the location setting in
Outlook (through Tools-->Account Settings-->Change Folder), Outlook doesn't
remember the changes, reports several errors and doesn't seem able to
download new e-mail. I'm switching back to my original settings in the
meantime, but I'm sure there's something simple I've missed that would make
it possible to switch to a new location. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Hi Dylan,

have a look on this site :

"To move a Personal Folders .pst file"
http://slipstick.com/config/movepst.htm

Maybe it helps.
