internet fax installed but not available

Ihave efax internet fax installed, but for some reason I can not fax from
outlook. Link is showing in "new" internet fax, but keep getting a "to use
internet fax you must first sign up for an internet fax account. Well as I
said before all that has been done, still no way to use it from outlook.
Any ideas would be helpfull at this point.

Efax is responsible for that support. It is not enough just to have efax
installed. You must run their integration module to use it from Outlook.
