We are using and ISP for our exchange server and we want to start using CRM
4. (our ISP will not be offering the CRM option) The question is how can we
connect Outlook to both our ISP exchange server domain and to our internal
CRM domain?

We would like to use Outlook for both e-mail and CRM entry. Is this possible?

Based on my XP operating system:

Open the Control Panel
Select the MAIL applet
Show Profiles

Select the radio button next to "Prompt for a profile to be used"

You may also have to go into the properties of the E-mail account
and select the SECURITY tab, then turn on the option to
PROMPT FOR USER CREDENTIALS (or something
similar).
