When printing what kind of message? What is the message format?
Tried updating/reinstalling the printer driver already?

Looks like you are printing an HTML message. This is done via Internet
Explorer. Can you print from there?

Here is what happens, I open outlook and try to print an email. Then I get an
dialog box saying "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem, and needs to
close". Its one of those messages that asks you to send error report to
microsoft. I looked-up the error message details from Event Viewer.

I also tried re-installing the print driver, but still get the error.

Roady: Your'e right, its an HTML message. But I can print from IE.

Please help. Thanks.

I guess it a problem with printing HTML because even web pages do not print
correctly (sometimes only the top navigation bar prints).
