As I can see by my searches on the web I am one of many having this
problem. My Microsoft Outlook was working fine and then, out of the
blue, whenever I try to send a file from and outside program such as
Internet Explorer, I get the infamous "Not Implemented" error. I
think it may have started when Windows did an update. I swear that
these updates cause more problems that they "fix"!

I can send an e-mail from within Outlook. By the way, I am using
Outlook Express, not Outlook. Does that make a difference? My software
is Microsoft Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003.

I have gone into Outlook and de-selected "Make Outlook the default
program for E-mail..." (I tried it both ways).
I have also tried to "Repair" it with the installation disk to no
avail.

Any suggestions?

Thanks... I already got tha answer...

All you have to do is:
in Internet Explorer go to
"Tools"
"Internet Options"
"Programs" Tab
Then change the e-mail to "Outlook
Express" or what ever your using

Hope that helps everyone else.
