Yes, that should work fine. Outlook 2007 and 2003 both use the newer
Unicode .PST file format, so there will be no need to import anything. I

Outlook 2003: Reverting back to /Being compatible with a previous version of
Microsoft Office Outlook
Again, the words in this article on .PST file formats will NOT apply because
both 2003 and 2007 file formats are identical.
