Is the key for the same version of Office/Outlook as you downloaded the
trial for? For instance, you cannot use an Outlook license key to only
install Outlook from the Office Professional suite.
Either way, we cannot help with these kind of activation issues as we're all
end-users here. You'll need to contact Microsoft Product Support for this.
