I just moved from Express to Outlook and imported all of the rules and
everything else except the blocked senders list which seems impossible to
do. When the rules are brought into Outlook all of the rules that used the
(and/or) function in the rule have been changed to just and. Now where I had
multiple things being looked for with the rule using the or function it has
been changed to and. This makes these rules not work right. Any way to
change the and/or option?

Sorry, Outlook doesn't have an 'or' contraction in the rules. Looking for
text in the message, the list is an 'or' list, though.

Hi Vince
Do you mean I can't put 5 different words in a rule to look for? Seems
kind of crazy to have to make so many different rules

You can put five different words in a rule (one at a a time) and outlook
will trigger if ANY of them are detected (i.e., it's an OR condition). If
you want multiple conditions to apply, then its an AND condition (i.e., the
rule will trigger only when all conditions apply). If you want Outlook to
trigger when either one condition or another applies (i.e., OR), it's two
rules. If you want Outlook to perform an action only if two separate words
are found in the same message, here's how:
