I'm trying to find where in the CMW for Office 2003 I'd set a new LDAP entry
for Outlook 2003. I've looked at all the screens and don't see where I can
enter the data. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

that would be set in the PRF, after you add the address book service to the
profile.
