Do you have a question? If so, give details, like Outlook and Exchange
versions, what you're trying to do, what happens when you try, and the exact
text of any errors you receive. If it's a sync issue, ask the vendor of
your sync software.

All transfers of data from Outlook to the phone are controlled by the
software you use to sync the phone. Outlook has nothing to do with it,
except as a data repository. It does not actively participate in the sync
and contains no settings that can control the sync.
