You don't convert it to an ost-file. An ost-file is meaningless in terms of
storing data as it is only a cache. The actual data is kept on the Exchange
server. You can simply drag and drop your items from a pst-file to an
Exchange mailbox or, depending on your Exchange version, automate it via
Exmerge or Exchange Management Shell.
