Greetings. My wife just got a *new* (well, to her, anyway) work laptop that
has Windows 2000 SP 4 installed on it (yeah, I know) and also Microsoft
Outlook 2003 SP 3. I'm trying to get Outlook to connect to the exchange
server using our home wireless network and I'm having no luck. Does anybody
know if it's even possible to get her work laptop to connect with the
exchange server given this information, and if so, how?

Depends on which method you are trying to use. If over a VPN line to her
corporate network, it should work.
RPC over HTTP is not available on Windows 2000. You'd need at least Windows
XP SP1 for that.
