    - Remove Exchange...please help I hope that someone could help me with this issue. I was working for a small company and since I already had a laptop with office 2007 my boss decided to put me on their exchange server so that I could check my e-mail from home. I no longer work for the company and the problem that I am having is my outlook is running super slow. I am no longer on the exchange server but my outlook still tries to find it.     - Outlook GMail Issue I recently setup a GMail account in Outlook in which I typed in the wrong information. I then deleted the account. However, it didn't remove the IMAP folders associated with the GMail account. Now when I go to close the GMail folders, I get the following error message: The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook. I've talked with my PC manufacturer, & they aren't sure what's wrong. I can create a new GMail account, but the old folders still remain there & won't close.     - Best way for Multiple Account Setup Outlook 2007 with Exchange Ser I have been using Outlook since inception, so I have a lot of bad habits and want to know the best way to do the following: I have multiple companies each with their own domain name. Currently (and for the next year to two), they are all on the same exchange server. I use a pocketPC to sync up. Right now, I have one exchange account, with multiple email addresses hooked up. So email from company a, mixes in with company b and I have a single calendar. I would prefer to keep the two company's emails separate (prefer to also have one calendar between the two). I am having a lot of troubles setting the "Sent From" and making sure I am consistant with signatures, etc... I WISH I could just have two Exchange accounts and set them up so I can open them both up at the same time in the one interface (I know this couldn't be done on previouse versions).     - Outlook XP Conduit I had to do a partial restore on my machine and now when I try to synchronize Outlook with my Palm Tungsten T-3, it tells me that "This version of Outlook is not supported by the Outlook Conduit application. Supported Outlook versions are Outlook 98, 2000, XP (2002), and 2003." I am running Outllok XP (2002) SP3, so it should be supported. I have updated all of the conduits I can and still nothing. All but 2 of the PC's work 100% The 2 I'm having problems are not able to send or recieve email. They are using Outlook2007, as are all PC's. IE works 100%. They have the same settings (POP, SMTP) as every other PC. They are members of a Windows 2003 Domain (SBS2003) and using DHCP the DNS server is the 2003 server. Sorry for the inconvenience I installed an older version of Small Business Edition, the 2000 one that's no longer being used on any computer, on my sister's computer specifically because of her e-mail problems. The installation went well. Word worked fine and Outlook opened as usual. When I typed in the settings for her e-mail accounts, I should have checked the LAN, but checked direct instead. When I was finished, there was a popup box with the message about encountering a problem and must close; sorry for the inconvenience. Subsequently, every time Outlook was opened, the same popup box immediately appeared, so there's no way to adjust the settings. Word still works fine. What could be causing this problem?     - IMAP local store issue I was using IMAP to access a server and decided to change service providers. I set the old provider to forward all e-mails to the new host. But that left the old account inaccessible. I have copies of the old records (Inbox, sent, etc) locally, which is adequate, but the system keeps trying to access the old server (and canâ??t).     - Signature font color change Wierd issue going on here. My coworker got a new pc earlier this week and the IT people set it up. When she starts to create a new message in outlook her previously working signature pops up however the black font is now a pale yellow. (this also was the case for her standard defaulted font ~ however I had her to go tools and mail format to adjust this issue...) But the signature issue is perplexing. I went to her created signature and it is indeed black. I am not sure what is prompting the system to change her black font in her signature to yellow.. I have a rule to move the POP messages to a personal folder upon receipt. Exchange is the default mailbox because that is the one connected to my blackberry. Couple questions: Does outlook put the message directly into the personal folder (i.e. it never touches the exchange post), or does it write it to the exchange post first and then move it? If the latter, when the rule applies and the message is moved to the personal folder, does any record of the POP message stay in the exchange box or no? If I log in and change the reading pane or add archive files or any user configuration, it stays while the session is open but as soon as you log off and back in again Outlook re-sets itself.     - Cannot find Outgoing Server I have Outlook 2003 configured with my Comcast account as default and it has worked fine for 3+ years. In the past 2 days I have been prompted to 'Enter Network Password' for the Outgoing (SMTP) mail server. Clicking OK gets me nowhere and eventually I am told that the server did not recognize my userid/pw. However, these are recognized at Comcast's webmail. There is no problem with two other e-mail accounts that I have with other ISPs. I have had three Chat sessions with Comcast who tell me that my settings are correct and that there is a problem with Outlook and that I should contact Microsoft. I do not accept this diagnosis, and will apprecaite any suggestions from you. How can I change the names of the folders in Microsoft Outlook. Problem is
that all folders are named in German (Posteingang, Postausgang etc.). All of
my interface is in English only folder names are in German. I can change some
names but i cannot change all folder names.

Try starting Outlook once with the /resetfoldernames command switch.
